Join Emergency Services Art Program Tutor Kaz Pederson in an eight-week art program for emergency first responders, using art as a therapeutic approach to self-expression and relaxation. Therapeutic art can provide amazing benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, increasing self-awareness and expression, and promoting relaxation and creativity. The focus in each session is simply on exploring different art techniques and enjoying the creative process. It can be a great way to express ideas, emotions, or observations through visual representation. No experience is needed, and new participants are welcome. Emergency first responders can participate in one or all the sessions across the eight weeks, by clicking RSVP now.
